Móstoles
One of the Sujeciones de Vía performances aimed at a reduction of the accoustical emissions in the Móstoles Zone of the Madrid C5 suburban line has been the installation of 4 dosifiers of rail friction modifier liquid. This action has reduced the loudness of the accoustical emissions generated by trains passage by 15 to 20 dB.
Aiming at a reduction of maintenance costs and electrical consumption of the above dosifiers, each one has been fitted with a photovoltaic pannel, 4 in total, supplying this way the electrical energy that formerly was obtained by connection to the conventional electrical network.
The above two actions show the will for ambiental collaboration of our company as well as a reduction of the equipment maintenance costs.
